Director of Change / Transformation - Local Authority
Ensure that the Chief Executive, Cabinet and Corporate Management Team are supported to transform the organisation
Provide strategic leadership across the organisation, operating within a complex political environment and contributing to whole-Council priorities
Develop and deliver a comprehensive Transformation Strategy aligned to the Corporate Strategy and MTFS.About you:
You will have the following experiences: Proven experience in designing and delivering complex programmes of transformation and change, aligned to MTFS's
Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, across all levels of Local Government.
Demonstrable successes in complex transformation programmes.What's on offer: Salary: £700-£800+ per day, inside IR35
Hybrid Working
