The role

• Collect parcels from one of our 500 Delivery Units
• Deliver in your local area for around 4 - 5 hours a day
• No need to return to the depot once finished
• Simple, flexible, and fast paying
• Most new couriers find their rhythm in around 14 days, delivering 25 - 30 parcels per hour.

To support you while you get up to speed, we offer a new starter payment alongside our welcome incentives.

Your Pay Explained: This £15-£18 OTE is based on a competitive and realistic rate per parcel (piece-rate) and is regularly exceeded by couriers once up to speed. Your hourly earnings are driven by volume and efficiency, and we offer a £100 learning payment to support you as you get to grips with the role.

What you'll get

• £100 learning payment (once you have completed 10 service days out of 21 calendar days)
• £1,000 welcome payment if you work 5 days per week (including a Saturday)
• £500 welcome payment if you work 3 days per week (including a Saturday)
• Weekend only? Earn £50 for working 4 out of the next 6 Saturdays
• Route optimisation: less time driving, more time earning
• Flexibility: weekdays, weekends, or a few hours every other day

What you need

• A car or van and valid driving licence
• A smartphone
• A reliable, can-do attitude
