Location: 2 Langley Oaks Ave, South Croydon, CR2 8DH

Hours: 9am 7pm, Saturdays and Sundays (18 hours per week)

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Head Housekeeper / Cleaner who is passionate, professional and caring to be part of our team.

The Role

You will be responsible for leading a team and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at Langley Oaks Residential Care Home, in accordance with laid down procedures and contract agreements.

We are looking for people to join us to work weekends only on a Saturday and Sunday from 09 00 (18 hours per week) as a Head Housekeeper / Cleaner working within our scheme.

Pay rate is £14.63 and will increase to £15.14 following successful completion of the probationary period.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven experience supervising domestic or cleaning teams within a residential or care home environment.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, COSHH regulations, and Health and Safety procedures.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan, delegate, and ensure tasks are completed to high standards.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities, maintaining a caring and professional attitude toward residents and staff.
