We are working with a growing consultancy that specialises in delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions to a diverse client base across the UK. With offices in London, Leeds, Manchester, and Newcastle, they are looking to appoint an experienced Salesforce Functional Lead to play a key role in shaping solution design, driving delivery excellence, and supporting the growth of their Salesforce practice. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Salesforce professional who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, leading project teams, and translating complex business challenges into effective Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions in alignment with client expectations and project scope
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and end users to analyse business needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions
- Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and produce clear functional documentation
- Guide and mentor project teams, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and architectural standards
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across delivery processes, frameworks, and methodologies
- Support client engagement activities, building strong and lasting relationships
- Strong experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem in a functional or consultancy-led role
- Proven experience leading Salesforce implementations or transformation programmes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong requirements gathering and solution design capabilities
- Experience facilitating workshops and translating business requirements into functional specifications
- Understanding of Salesforce best practices, platform capabilities, and delivery frameworks
- Experience working within a consulting or client-facing environment is highly desirable
- Salary between £80,000 - £90,000
- Hybrid working model (3 days per week in your chosen office: London, Leeds, Manchester, or Newcastle)
