Immerse yourself in the world of upscale travel: As a Premium Travel Consultant at Ten Lifestyle Group, a leading international lifestyle management company, you will serve a discerning premium clientele and design tailor-made journeys that meet the highest standards.

In this role, you will combine your expertise in the travel industry with a keen sense of luxury, trends, and service quality. You are not just a consultant – you become a trusted contact for clients seeking the extraordinary worldwide.

Requirements

What you bring

  • Completed commercial or equivalent education
  • Several years of professional experience in the travel industry, with tour operators or travel agencies, or at least 3 years of professional experience in luxury concierge, hospitality or high-end customer service
  • Solid GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus) and excellent destination knowledge
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Passion for travel, luxury, gastronomy, events, and culture
  • Excellent communication skills, problem-solving and service orientation
  • High quality awareness and attention to detail
  • Full-time availability
  • Unfortunately, career changers cannot be considered for this position.

Hybrid / Remote Work Guidelines

  • Please note that if you live within commuting distance of the office, you will have the opportunity to work a hybrid model – at least 3x per week in the office.
  • A secure home office setup at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions, is required.
  • If you wish to work remotely or in a hybrid model, you must meet our minimum internet speed requirements. Alternatively, our excellent office is available for you to work from.
