About the Role
This role focuses on delivering high-quality BTEC Business qualifications at Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 . You will be responsible for:
Vocational Leadership: Delivering BTEC Level 2 Tech Awards and Level 3 Nationals, ensuring students develop practical business skills.
Portfolio Excellence: Guiding students through rigorous coursework and internal assessments, ensuring all work meets the high standards required for "Outstanding" outcomes.
Innovative Instruction: Using real-world case studies—from global tech giants to local start-ups—to engage students in the mechanics of finance, marketing, and management.
You will join a faculty that understands how to teach boys effectively, utilizing competitive, project-based, and active learning strategies.
