Team Legal Secretary - Real Estate
- Provide administrative support to the wider team within the Real Estate department.
- Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence with precision.
- Coordinate and manage diaries, arranging meetings and appointments efficiently.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
- Assist with billing processes and ensure timely invoicing and follow-up.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and support.
- Undertake any other administrative tasks as required to support the team's operations.
