Senior Product Manager - Strategy

At Aristocrat, the Senior Product Manager, is essential in driving forward the company’s worldwide gaming product approach. This role partners closely with senior leaders across the Global Product Organization to define and implement critical initiatives that develop Aristocrat’s product portfolio and investment priorities across Interactive, Social, and Land-Based markets.

As a hands-on strategic contributor, you will help transform insights into action—guiding the development of product roadmaps, identifying market opportunities, and supporting decision-making that drives growth and innovation. Engaging with Content Strategy, Game Studios, Development, Analytics, and Commercial teams, you will secure synchronization between market requirements, business targets, and Aristocrat’s grand vision for premium gaming experiences.

What you'll do

• Support the ongoing development and execution of Aristocrat’s global gaming product strategy and roadmap.
• Analyze market trends, competitor dynamics, and player insights to identify new opportunities and inform portfolio decisions.
• Develop and maintain business cases and product investment frameworks to support data-driven decision-making.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, requirements, and success metrics for execution teams.
• Collaborate with Content Strategy, Game Studios, Development, and Commercial teams to guarantee the timely delivery of high-quality products and features.
• Prepare and present insights, roadmap updates, and performance reports for executive team members.
• Balance contending priorities across markets and teams while maintaining focus on business outcomes and customer value.
• Act as a connector across teams—ensuring strategy, execution, and customer experience remain fully aligned.

What we are looking for

• Product management or strategy experience within gaming, land based gaming or i-gaming.
• Strong strategic and analytical abilities with a track record of delivering successful product initiatives across multiple markets.
• Experience influencing decisions and driving alignment across cross-functional, global teams.
• Outstanding communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to synthesize insights for technical and executive audiences.
• Adept at balancing long-term strategy with day-to-day execution.
• Known for being a proactive collaborator and trusted advisor who gets results.
• Ability to work in our central London office at least 3 days a week
