You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, working with clients across the technology space to deliver top-tier talent. You’ll have autonomy over your desk, strong support from leadership, and access to warm relationships as well as new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities * Managing the full 360 recruitment process within the technology market * Building and developing long-term client relationships * Sourcing, screening and placing experienced technology professionals * Managing candidate pipelines and negotiations * Consistently achieving and exceeding performance targets What We’re Looking For * Proven experience as a Technology Recruiter (agency background preferred) * Strong billing track record * Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills * Self-motivated, driven and commercially minded * Desire to grow and earn without limits What’s On Offer * Up to £35,000 basic salary * 40% commission with no threshold * Hybrid working (London office) * Quarterly holiday incentives – this year included Skiing, Marbella, Vegas and Dubai * Clear progression opportunities * Supportive, high-energy team environment If you’re an experienced tech recruiter looking for high earnings, real incentives, and a role where your performance directly impacts your success, we’d love to hear from you.
