As a Senior Chef de Partie at Hawksmoor , you’ll play a key leadership role within the kitchen, running your section with confidence while supporting and developing junior chefs. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong technical ability with calm leadership and a passion for consistently high standards.
What You’ll Do
- Lead your section during prep and service
- Deliver dishes with precision, consistency and pride
- Support and mentor Commis Chefs and Chef de Parties
- Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene and organisation
- Work closely with Sous Chefs and the Head Chef to ensure smooth service
- Contribute to menu development and section improvement
- Experienced as a strong Chef de Partie in a quality, fresh-food kitchen
- Technically confident and organised
- Calm and focused under pressure
- A natural leader who enjoys developing others
- Passionate about high-quality produce and open-fire cooking
- Committed to maintaining Hawksmoor standards
