This is a rewarding role for someone who is passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs and helping them succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.
The school has a strong inclusive ethos and a dedicated ARP provision, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including autism (ASC), social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH), and learning difficulties. The ARP team works closely with the SENCO, class teachers, and families to ensure personalised support for each pupil.

Work closely with the ARP team, SENCO, and class teachers
Monitor and record progress, providing feedback to teaching staff

Follow safeguarding, behaviour, and inclusion policies at all times
The Ideal Candidate

Be confident supporting behaviour, communication, and social development
Have strong communication and teamwork skills
Be proactive, adaptable, and reliable
Be committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
