We are hiring an Senior Account Executive/Account Manager to join our Medical Communications team. You will support a global growth account within an interesting and evolving therapy area , delivering work across medical affairs .
You will have medical affairs experience and enjoy managing projects, working with clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
What you'll do
You will:
- Manage medical communications projects across medical affairs deliverables
- Coordinate timelines, resources, and workflows to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Be a client-facing contact , supporting daily communication and building strong working relationships
- Track budgets, forecasts, and project finances, with support from senior team members
- Work closely with writers, editors, and account team colleagues
- Identify issues early and propose practical solutions
- Contribute ideas and improvements to ways of working
What we're looking for
You will have:
- Experience working in medical communications
- Project management and organisational skills
- Experience supporting financial tracking or budget management
- Confidence communicating with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently , manage priorities, and use initiative
Nice to have:
- Experience working on global or regional accounts
- Experience across a range of medical affairs deliverables
