Cloud Operations Engineer
As an R&D Cloud Operations Engineer, you will join a global team (Europe, India, USA) responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE Platform cloud services. You will contribute to designing, automating, and operating cutting-edge infrastructure and deployment systems in a highly dynamic and international environment.
Role Description & Responsibilities:- Design and implement tools and solutions for managing large-scale, fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure and services
- Participate in the design and deployment of fully automated cloud orchestration systems
- Operate and make live changes to cloud environments, ensuring 24/7 service availability
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents and production issues across global systems
- Support sovereign and dedicated customer deployments
Contribute to the architectural evolution and development processes of cloud services
Qualifications:
- Experience in infrastructure: networking, system architecture, operating systems, web protocols ( DNS, proxies), and databases
- Working knowledge of AWS and cloud automation tools (Chef, Puppet)
- Familiar with Linux and scripting (Shell, Python)
- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting technologies
- DevOps mindset with a passion for automation, incident response, and continuous improvement
