Early Years Educator
Early Years Educator Overview We are seeking a Early Years Educator to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will support the development and well-being of young children within a nurturing and safe environment. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, fostering positive interactions, and ensuring each child's individual needs are met. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's early learning journeys while working within a collaborative team committed to high standards of care. Duties and Responsiblities include,
- Support the delivery of engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Assist in supervising children during playtime, mealtimes, naps, and outdoor activities to ensure their safety at all times.
- Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging independence, curiosity, and confidence.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating environment that adheres to health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child's progress and daily experiences.
- Support management in implementing early childhood education best practices and curriculum planning.
- Contribute to the management of daily routines and assist with administrative tasks related to childcare documentation.
- Requirements
- Childcare qualifications or certifications preferred (e.g., CACHE, NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Childcare). Or BA in Early Years Education from Uk or Overseas. Or QTS, Montessori Teaching Qualification.
