Location: Chiswick, London (Office-Based, Showroom)
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + OTE + Discretionary Performance Bonus (DOE)
We're working with a leading architectural glazing manufacturer renowned for its bespoke aluminium systems, exceptional craftsmanship, and customer service excellence. Operating from a modern showroom in Chiswick, they design and supply premium glazing solutions for high-end residential and commercial clients across the UK. The company is now seeking a Sales Consultant to join their showroom-based team in Chiswick. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and customer-focused individual to join a growing company, engaging directly with clients to help bring bespoke architectural glazing projects to life.
Sales Consultant Job Overview
- Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and showroom visits
- Manage showroom appointments, providing an excellent client experience
- Understand project requirements to produce tailored quotations and proposals
- Enter and progress quotations in the system, following up to maximise conversions
- Maintain accurate CRM records of all sales activities and communications
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and repeat customers
- Liaise closely with the Sales Director and Sales Team throughout the sales process
- Identify and develop opportunities to grow business relationships
- Handle inbound leads primarily, with occasional outbound activity during quieter periods
- Attend three trade shows annually (weekend attendance required)
Sales Consultant Job Requirements
- Proven customer service or sales experience - specification sales experience advantageous
- Excellent communication skills both face-to-face and over the phone
- Confident presenting and building rapport with customers in a showroom environment
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive and motivated, with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets
- IT literate, with experience using CRM systems beneficial
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Based within a commutable distance of Chiswick, London
Sales Consultant Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + OTE + discretionary performance-based bonus
- 28 days' holiday including bank holidays
