Customer Supply Chain Specialist

Morphe
London
Summary: of Position: The Customer Supply Chain Specialist serves as the bridge between the EMEA region, international counterparts, 3PL and customers. Through the management of inventory processes and supporting in order fulfilment, the specialist will provide exceptional service to Morphe’s wholesale and e-commerce customers while delivering on our case fill rate (CFR) and inventory accuracy KPIs. The role is responsible for the accurate execution of a range of inventory transactions across third-party logistics and internal systems, overseeing the end-to-end inbound supply process, return authorization processes and fulfillment of orders. This role collaborates with internal and external teams to optimize stock levels across UK and PL warehouses, supports website inventory management, resolves order issues, and ensures timely order fulfillment in line with contractual obligations.

The candidate should understand the principles of supply planning and order management, communicate clearly and be able to ideate process improvement.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days per week in our Marylebone office and 2 days from home.

Principle Accountabilities:

End-to-End Inbound Supply Management

  • Take full ownership of the inbound supply process — from shipment tracking through to 3PL receipt — ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and complete data integrity across systems.
  • Independently investigate and resolve inbound discrepancies through data reconciliation and direct stakeholder engagement, closing issues without requiring escalation.
  • Proactively identify upstream supply risks and initiate mitigation actions to protect service levels before issues reach the customer.

Order Fulfilment & Customer Service Excellence

  • Act as the primary escalation point for free-of-charge and ecommerce order fulfilment issues, autonomously diagnosing root causes and implementing resolutions in partnership with the warehouse and Senior Order Fulfillment Specialist.
  • Manage free-of-charge order processing and return authorisation workflows, minimising cost exposure while protecting customer relationships.

Inventory Optimisation & Accuracy

  • Maintain rigorous inventory accuracy between 3PL and internal systems, conducting regular reconciliations and driving prompt resolution of discrepancies in collaboration with the Senior Customer Supply Planner
  • Partner with the Senior Customer Supply Planner to develop and execute inventory balancing strategies across UK and PL warehouses, contributing commercial insight to prioritisation decisions.
  • Independently manage e-commerce channel inventory availability, proactively resolving fulfilment issues to protect website sell-through and customer experience.

Process Improvement & Commercial Impact

  • Take ownership of continuously evaluating existing supply chain processes — including order management, inbound logistics, inventory control, and returns — to identify inefficiencies and areas of opportunity, autonomously driving improvements from identification through to execution.
  • Develop clear process documentation and embed new ways of working across relevant teams and systems, ensuring improvements are sustainable and scalable.
  • Build and maintain reporting that delivers actionable insight on supply chain performance, using data to drive decision-making and influence stakeholders across commercial, finance, and operations functions.

Key Working Relationships:

  • 3PL Warehouse
  • Senior Customer Supply Planner
  • Senior Demand Planning Manager
  • Senior Order Fulfillment Specialist
  • EMEA Commercial, Finance, Marketing and PR teams departments
  • Customers

Skills/Experience

  • Proven experience in supply chain coordination, inventory management, or logistics — ideally within FMCG, beauty, or a similarly fast-paced consumer goods environment.
  • A demonstrable track record of owning, executing and improving operational processes.
  • Strong proficiency in ERP systems — NetSuite experience is highly advantageous.
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with data to build reports, identify trends, and support decision-making.
  • Experience working with 3PL providers and a solid understanding of warehouse operations and fulfilment flows.
  • Excellent communication skills — confident presenting performance data, influencing cross-functional teams, and managing customer relationships with credibility.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously in a dynamic, global environment, including flexibility to collaborate with international colleagues across time zones.
