Local Study Associate Director
About this role
TFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-size Contract Research Organization (CRO) that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey. Our expertise includes full service capabilities, resourcing and Functional Service (FSP) solutions.
The Local Study Associate Director is responsible for leading country-level study delivery — ensuring sites are identified, initiated, monitored, and closed on time and in compliance with ICH-GCP, local regulations, and sponsor requirements.
As part of our SRS/FSP team, you will be dedicated to one sponsor, a global pharmaceutical company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the local study team to ensure timely, high-quality study delivery.
- Oversee country-level clinical operations from start-up through closure.
- Manage site selection, activation, and performance to meet study timelines.
- Ensure compliance with study protocols, GCP, and local regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement, issue resolution, and effective team communication
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
- Minimum 3 years in clinical research (CRA/Sr. CRA or equivalent) with 1+ year in team or project management.
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and local regulatory requirements.
- Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; able to travel nationally and internationally.
- Experience with CAR-T and immunology is a big plus. What We Offer
