Children's Home Registered Manager
The home is run by a fantastic organisation with a clear vision for the young people in their care, and transparent plans for progression and professional development for all members of staff from Registered Manager to Support Worker. As a Registered Manager, you will have the opportunity to recruit and support the team with full autonomy. What the company offers: Salary dependent on experience and knowledge: £60,000.00 per year Clear progression plans, development programs and first-class in-house training Bonus scheme dependent on OFSTED ratings Company Pension Company Events Free onsite Parking What the post requires: A minimum of 5 years' working in Residential Childcare At least 2 years in a role supervising and managing staff in a Deputy Manager role NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce/Residential Childcare Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) Must have a "GOOD" or "OUTSTANDING" OFSTED inspection within the last two years What the post responsibilities include (but not limited to): Ensuring compliance with Ofsted and regulatory requirements Meeting all budgetary, regulatory, and service development targets Matching potential young people with the current residents Ensuring young people have a positive influence from the staff team through your leadership and management of the home Preparing reports and attending a range of meetings, such as review meetings with multi-agency partners, management meetings, and interviewing new potential staff for your team If you would like a confidential conversation about your next steps, feel free to contact Craig on (phone number removed)
