The EU Account Management Team

Our European team manages a growing portfolio of enterprise advertisers across multiple verticals and markets. We focus on delivering strong performance against client KPIs while identifying scalable growth opportunities across our network.

The EU Account Management team is responsible for:

  • Retaining and growing revenue across our advertiser portfolio

  • Onboarding and scaling new advertiser launches (currently averaging 4 per month)

  • Ensuring campaigns deliver against agreed KPIs quickly and sustainably

  • Driving performance optimisation, testing, and long-term strategic growth

  • Acting as trusted performance partners to our clients

The Role

As an Account Specialist, you will support the EU Account Management team by owning repeatable operational workflows across a portfolio of key advertisers.

This is a graduate-level position designed to build a strong foundation in performance marketing and account management. For the first 12 - 18 months, your focus will be execution excellence, ensuring campaigns launch smoothly, pacing is accurate, reporting is clear, and internal processes run efficiently.

You will work across 2–3 Account Managers and report directly to an Account Director (line manager), who will support your development, progression and workload management.

Your work will directly enable senior managers to focus on strategic growth, revenue expansion, and client development as the business scales toward its next phase of growth.

Progression within the role will be based on demonstrated mastery of core processes and consistent performance over time.

What You’ll Do
  • Monitor campaign spend and performance and support ongoing optimisation and delivery, helping advertisers achieve their performance and growth objectives while identifying risks and opportunities early.

  • Support new advertiser launches and new market or placement activations, ensuring setup, tracking and internal processes are completed accurately and on time.

  • Work cross-functionally with Campaign Management, Supply, Pricing/Strategy and other internal teams to resolve performance and delivery challenges.

  • Prepare weekly client reporting, performance dashboards and QBR decks, turning campaign data into clear and actionable insights.

  • Manage core account processes and information, ensuring recurring workflows, budgets and campaign actions are completed consistently and accurately.

  • Support Account Managers with client requests, follow-ups and problem-solving, coordinating internally to drive actions through to resolution.

  • Join client calls and meetings, with opportunities to take on greater client-facing responsibility as your experience develops.

Who You Are
  • You are an early-career professional who is motivated to build a strong foundation in performance media and account management.

  • You take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work and understand that operational excellence is critical to long-term success. You are comfortable working with structured processes and repetitive tasks, particularly during busy launch periods, and you value consistency and reliability.

  • You are proactive in finding solutions, but equally comfortable asking questions and learning from more experienced team members. You are patient in your development, understanding that mastering the fundamentals creates the strongest platform for future growth.

  • You enjoy being part of a collaborative team and are motivated by contributing to collective success. You are comfortable performing high-volume operational tasks with accuracy and discipline, particularly during busy launch periods, and you understand the value of reliability in a high-growth environment.

What Skills & Experience We’re Looking For
  • Must have authorization to live and work in the UK and be able to travel to the US without sponsorship

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field

  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues across the EU team

  • Strong analytical ability and confidence working with structured data

  • Proficiency in Excel (comfortable using formulas, manipulating datasets and identifying trends)

  • Interest in emerging technologies and AI tools, with confidence using them to improve efficiency and workflows

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive, process-driven tasks with consistency

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise during busy launch periods

  • Dependable, accountable, and comfortable working as part of a collaborative team
