Retail Project Manager - 12 month FTC
Communication, collaboration, critical thinking, operational excellence and creativity will be at the fore front of everything you do. As a Retail Project Manager, EMEA, you will
- Leading all stages of Retail project management, from scoping through to execution. Identifying timelines, dependencies, and management of the CPA via Monday.com.
- Lead regular project updates with cross functional teams and regularly updating stakeholders on progress.
- Creating, monitoring and continuous improvement of regional and global processes relating to new distribution expansion.
- Identifying risks and opportunities within day-to-day ways of working in the context of new distribution expansion.
- Holistic overview and management of promotions, store roll outs and ad hoc projects.
- You will report directly into our wonderful Head of Project Management, EU.
- You will work cross functionally across the business, including Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Legal, People, Supply Chain and tech, to our amazing retail teams on the ground. As well as the wider EU team and UK PM team!
- You have proven experience within a Project Manager role, within retail, beauty, or consumer goods project management (essential). Ideally, including experience launching new stores, in new markets. You have a natural curiosity, passion and love for the beauty industry!
- You have good, demonstrable experience using PM tools, such as Asana, Monday.com, MS Projects, Trello etc.
- Organisation: The EMEA Project Manager needs to be acutely detailed orientated, able to create a plan to achieve the vision, using appropriate tools to support themselves and the project team to deliver.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines in a timely manner, creative and solution oriented, with a keen eye for detail.
- Expert Communicator: You will need to be able to clearly articulate your ideas, as well as receive feedback from your team and stakeholders and be able to find creative solutions.
- Thinking ahead: Spotting risk before they happen, and propose solutions before they compromise deadlines, budgets, or deliverables.
- People centric: You need to LOVE PEOPLE, working with a variety of functions throughout the global business. You are empathic, able to listen and understand the concerns of all team members and support them in finding resolutions rapidly, where appropriate.
- You can create an open and collaborative environment to work in, be flexible, adaptable and have a willingness to learn.
- You are able to navigate and negotiate around obstacles, you can influence up and know how to manage difficult conversations.
- Hands on practical approach, willing to get 'stuck in' when necessary!
- Please note, you need to be flexible and able to travel across the EU region!
- Please note: This role is focused on retail and commercial projects, not IT or technology project management.
