US/UK TAX ASSISTANT MANAGER - LONDON (£55,000 - £70,000) Boutique US/UK Tax Practice | City of London | Hybrid WorkingAre you an ATT-qualified US/UK Tax professional or IRS Enrolled Agent looking to take the next step in your career?We're recruiting on behalf of a rapidly expanding, independent US/UK tax practice looking to appoint an Assistant Manager to join its London team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain your first formal management experience, develop your review and sign-off skills, and work with a varied portfolio of US expatriates, entrepreneurs and business owners. The Role:

• Review and sign off US/UK tax returns prepared by junior staff
• Prepare complex tax returns for Senior Manager and Director review
• Manage and support a small team
• Liaise directly with clients and tax authorities
• Assist with weekly training sessions and staff development
• Exposure to both compliance and advisory work

• ATT qualified and/or IRS Enrolled Agent
• 3-5 years' US/UK personal tax experience
• Strong experience preparing both UK and US tax returns
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
• Ambition to progress within a growing specialist practice

• Flexible working hours and genuine work-life balance
