Training & Marketing Lead
A-Players, a premier service company, specializes in providing high-level administrative and operational support to startups. We are currently seeking a proactive and organized T raining & Marketing Lead to support team performance, training operations, and internal systems, while also contributing to our external brand presence. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams to support business associates (BAs) in training, improve processes, and help shape A-Players’ employer brand through structured content, social media, and partner collaborations.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting team performance, improving internal systems, and contributing to the company’s external presence through structured content and partnerships.
Team Leadership & Performance
Supervise and guide a team of BAs in training, ensuring consistent growth, accountability, and alignment with company goals.
Support onboarding, provide regular feedback, run coaching sessions, and proactively address performance or engagement issues.
Assign tasks, monitor execution, and ensure quality and timely delivery.
Training & Process Improvement
Continuously improve the training program by refining materials, workflows, and learning formats.
Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization across training and cross-team collaboration.
Maintain clear, scalable documentation and internal systems.
Marketing & Brand Presence
Own and manage the company’s Instagram presence, including posts, stories, carousels, and short videos.
Develop case studies highlighting team members, partnerships, and company impact.
Experiment with additional platforms such as Threads or TikTok to test reach and new formats.
Support partner collaborations through coordinated, co-created content.
Contribute to content planning and idea generation with the broader team.
Cross-Team & Partnership Support
Support operations, recruiting, and sales teams with coordination, research, and execution as needed.
Represent the team and company in external initiatives, events, or collaborations when required.
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level).
1–2+ years of experience in team coordination, operations, training, or junior leadership roles.
Hands-on experience managing Instagram for a brand, team, or project.
Ability to create and publish content across formats using tools such as Canva, Figma, or Illustrator.
Experience or strong interest in training, onboarding, or knowledge-sharing processes.
Basic understanding of performance metrics and KPIs, both team- and content-related.
Comfort working with Notion, Google Workspace, and Slack; automation tools are a plus.
Mindset & Work Style
Ownership-driven and proactive: you fix things instead of waiting to be told.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple workstreams.
Curious and experimental, especially with content and training formats.
Comfortable in a fast-changing startup environment with evolving priorities.
