Job Title: Multi Skilled Operatives - Demolition & Restoration Bricklayer's

Location: Central London (High-Profile Hertiage Sites)

Pay: £250.00 - £300.00 p/d (Dependent on experience)

Hours: Minimum 8 Hours paid per day

Duration: 3-4 years

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the preservation of some of the UK’s most historically significant sites. We are seeking multi-skilled operatives with experience in both demolition works and restoration bricklaying to join our team on prestigious heritage conservation projects.

You will carry out a mix of controlled demolition, masonry removal, and heritage brickwork restoration, always working to strict conservation and security standards. This contract offers up to 3–4 years of continuous work.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform demolition and breakout works, including safe removal of masonry and brickwork.

* Deliver heritage bricklaying and restoration, using traditional methods and materials.

* Salvage, clean, and re-lay original masonry where required.

* Maintain a professional and discreet approach on sensitive, high-profile sites.

* Follow conservation best practice and all health & safety regulations.

Requirements:

* Valid CSCS card.

* Time-served bricklayer with demonstrable restoration/conservation and demolition experience.

* Skilled in safe use of breakers and demolition tools.

* Strong knowledge of traditional materials and heritage techniques.

* Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship.

* Eligible for permanent security clearance.

Security Clearance:

* All operatives will be issued a temporary security pass (48-hour clearance) before starting.

* You must complete a permanent security clearance application.

* Two forms of ID and Right to Work documentation required.
