Junior Product Designer - AI
Description: We’re a social and end-to-end content production agency. Since 2008 we’ve been building an integrated, digital-first offering that combines content excellence with channel best practice to drive performance across our client base. As a values-driven agency, our people are our power. We stay ahead of the game by hiring smart thinkers and giving them back what they put in: through rapid progression, industry-leading benefits and a culture which has been named in Campaign’s Best Places to Work for 7 years running. We’re looking for a Junior Product Designer - AI with a strong foundation in UX and UI design to join our Creative Technology team and help shape the future of our internal and client-facing AI platform. In this role, you’ll focus on crafting intuitive and effective user experiences - taking AI-powered tools from concept through to polished design solutions. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams and clients, to build thoughtful, scalable products that balance end user needs with business goals. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your design skills in a rapidly evolving space, influencing how AI tools are experienced and adopted. What You’ll Do: Get involved in the end-to-end product design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and design documentation. Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to identify problems and co-create innovative solutions. Translate AI capabilities into intuitive user interfaces that make complex functionality feel effortless. Produce thoughtful UX documentation, user flows, wireframes, and final visuals in Figma. Build and test interactive prototypes to validate ideas with internal and external users. Help shape and maintain design systems and accessibility standards. Contribute to the design culture of the agency, sharing knowledge and raising the bar for design quality. Requirements: What We’re Looking For: 2–4 years of product/UX/UI design experience, ideally in SaaS, B2B platforms, or digital tools. Portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking, interaction design, and visual design skills. Experience with Figma, including components, design systems, prototyping, and collaboration features. Understanding of design for accessibility, usability best practices, and responsive interfaces. Curiosity and strong interest in AI and emerging technologies, even if you don’t have direct experience. Familiarity with node-based programming environments, and ability to understand how front-end design decisions interact with underlying architecture (particularly within our P12 platform). Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Excellent communication skills - you’re able to present ideas clearly and collaborate across disciplines. Bonus: Experience working with or designing for AI-powered or data-driven products. Nice to Have: Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing. Exposure to multi-platform design (web, mobile, dashboard interfaces). Awareness of how AI can be integrated into design workflows or digital experiences. What You’ll Get: Be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team working on some of the agency’s most innovative projects. An opportunity to grow with AI, working hands-on in a space where design can directly shape emerging technology. The chance to make an impact by creating experiences that are both cutting-edge and human-centered. About You: Degree in design, digital media, human-computer interaction, or equivalent practical experience. Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organised. Passionate about building thoughtful, beautiful, and effective digital experiences. Enthusiastic about learning and adapting in a fast-changing field like AI. Ready to design the future of AI? We’d love to hear from you. This role is for a Junior to Mid-Weight Product Designer. Unfortunately, we are not able to consider applications at a Senior level for this position. Benefits: Named in Campaign Magazine's Best Places to Work 7 years running. Remote working predominantly - 2 day in the office per week. Private Healthcare & Life Insurance, 25 Days+ Holiday, Team Minibreaks in the UK and abroad, Regular Socials. Culture: Open, Engaged & Inspirational Culture.
