As a Lidl Store Manager, you’re ready to embrace our unique culture and play a key part in building our global business. Motivate and support your team, learning from our Company Values
Confidently create an environment where every colleague can achieve their best work Be responsible for managing and improving the day-to-day operations and performance of your store’s KPIs Optimise processes and solving problems to keep your store running like clockwork and your team focused on their tasks Make sure that excellent Customer Service is given to everyone who shops with usWhat you'll need
Experience leading and developing a team in an exciting, fast-paced environment
