Bartender
OXO Tower Brasserie is seeking a passionate and skilled Bartender to join our team on London’s South Bank. Set within the iconic OXO Tower with stunning views across the River Thames, OXO Brasserie is known for its lively atmosphere, modern brasserie-style dining, and seasonal menus. As Bartender , you will be responsible for running a section of the kitchen and ensuring every dish leaving your station meets the high standards our guests expect. This role is full time, working 40 hours a week.

Deliver a personalised service to every guest, ensuring their experience feels truly special.
Expertly create, prepare and serve our signature cocktails with confidence and flair.
Develop your knowledge of our bar selection and all featured products, making tailored suggestions to your customers to enhance their experience.
Prepare drinks quickly and efficiently with precision and style.
Work closely with your team, supporting one another, and celebrating excellence wherever you see it.
Flexibility is a must; customer service can’t wait during weekends and evenings!
Is this you?
We are looking for individuals who embrace diversity, love a challenge, are passionate about luxury hospitality and are looking for something uniquely different.
Have you done something like this before?
Passion for beverage and keeping up to date with the latest liquor.
Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of the food and beverage industry, especially cocktails (mixologist is a plus).
