Senior Residential Property Lawyer
THE FIRM
A highly regarded law firm whose property team acts for a broad range of clients including HNWs and developers.
THE ROLE
This role involves handling high-value transactions, including new builds and matters for HNW clients.
A high level of technical expertise is required with experience gained at a firm handling high value transactions with HNWI, - a City/West End or regional firm with an excellent reputation in this arena.
This role requires a minimum of 3 days in the office as it will involve mentoring team members
You will be expected to:
Maintain relationships with off-plan / new build introducers and sales teams
Manage paralegals dealing with new build work
Run cases on HNW clients;
Train and develop junior fee earners, and provide supervision and a sounding board for those running 2nd hand files;
Manage files, file review, and encourage cross-referrals to other teams.
THE PERSON
A Solicitor 8pqe+ years with experience in new builds and working with HNW clients, to head up a small team.
You will have worked at a firm handling high value transactions with HNWI, and have good academics.
