Reeson Education is working closely with a fantastic Ofsted Outstanding 2-form entry primary school in Islington , who are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team ASAP .
This is a brilliant opportunity to work within a small, well-resourced SEN unit attached to the school, supporting children with a range of additional learning needs alongside other experienced Teaching Assistants.

- Full-time SEN Teaching Assistant position (Monday-Friday)
- Supporting pupils with additional learning needs (ALN/SEN)
- Working closely with class teachers and other SEN TAs within a small unit
- Providing 1:1 and small group support where required
- Helping pupils access learning and develop confidence and independence
- Supporting a range of needs depending on pupil requirements
We are looking for a committed and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant who has:
- Previous SEN Teaching Assistant experience (essential)
- A genuine passion for supporting children with additional learning needs
- A calm, patient and nurturing approach
- The ability to work effectively as part of a supportive team
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude in the classroom
- A desire to develop within SEN education long-term
