Lead Consultant
We’re looking for a Lead Consultant to join our growing UK team. In this role, you’ll drive OneStream implementations, applying your expertise in areas such as consolidation and planning to create solutions tailored to client needs. You’ll play a central role in projects, shaping designs through interactive build sessions and ensuring concepts become practical, effective outcomes. With ownership of solution design and delivery, you’ll collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver real impact.

Responsibilities
- Lead the build for smaller projects or drive the development of individual components.
- Lead and participate in solution design and iterative build sessions with clients, ensuring business requirements are understood and effectively translated into OneStream solutions.
- Deliver functional expertise across core EPM areas such as financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Perform hands-on configuration of OneStream applications, ensuring best practices are applied.
- Provide guidance and support to project team members, with potential opportunities to mentor or lead small teams where required.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, IT, and business operations to ensure successful delivery of project outcomes.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with OneStream implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of OneStream configuration and build activities across multiple modules.
- Functional expertise in at least one core EPM area (e.g., financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting) , with the flexibility to work across others.
- Proven ability to work directly with clients in design workshops, build iterations, and solution validation.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance technical detail with business outcomes.
- Experience in leading or mentoring small project teams is desirable, but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience with Account Reconciliations is a plus.
