Business Development Manager - Events
Proactively develop a high-quality pipeline in line with business targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for new business.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms to achieve commercial goals.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to grow brand awareness.
Collaborate with the global sales and account management teams to share leads and drive company-wide growth.
Partner with Marketing to support campaigns, promotions, and brand activations.
Keep CRM systems up to date to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting. The Ideal Candidate: Proven success in business development within the events industry (travel experience a plus).
In-depth understanding of the events market and competitive landscape.
Skilled in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and experienced in managing pipelines effectively.
Strong communicator, negotiator, and relationship-builder with commercial acumen.
Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
