The Role
You'll bring strong pre- and post-contract experience and get to work across a mix of sectors-residential, education, commercial fit-out and defence. You'll be confident with:
* Cost planning & valuations
* Change control & contract administration
* Procurement support
* Interim & final accounts
* Commercial reporting throughout the project lifecycle
* JCT expertise (NEC4 exposure is a bonus!)
