The Job

• Prospecting and business development : Identifying and reaching out to potential delegates. Clients c-suite at major corporations through to SMB's.
• Product Knowledge : Developing a deep understanding of the company's products or services, including features, benefits, pricing, and competitive advantages.
• Sales Presentations : Preparing and delivering presentations or demonstrations to potential customers to showcase how the product or service meets their needs. This might involve in-person meetings or virtual presentations.
• Achieving Sales Targets : Meeting or exceeding sales quotas set by the company. This is a primary measure of success for most sales roles.

You

• Experience in delegate /sponsorship sales or any sales related fields.
• Confident in selling over the phone and an appetite for new business sales.
• Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• A personable, positive and friendly individual.
