Chef de Partie

We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and support the delivery of a high-quality food offer. Working closely with senior chefs, you will take responsibility for your section, ensuring consistent standards in preparation, cooking and presentation.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated chef who enjoys working with fresh ingredients, takes pride in their craft, and is committed to maintaining an organised and efficient kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver dishes to specification and service standards
  • Manage your own section confidently and efficiently
  • Maintain high levels of food quality, presentation and consistency
  • Follow food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures at all times
  • Support menu development and contribute ideas for improvement
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth service
  • Assist with stock rotation, waste reduction and organisation
About You
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef looking to progress
  • Passionate about fresh food and great flavour
  • Able to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Organised, reliable and eager to learn
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
