Chef de Partie
We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and support the delivery of a high-quality food offer. Working closely with senior chefs, you will take responsibility for your section, ensuring consistent standards in preparation, cooking and presentation. This is a great opportunity for a motivated chef who enjoys working with fresh ingredients, takes pride in their craft, and is committed to maintaining an organised and efficient kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities- Prepare and deliver dishes to specification and service standards
- Manage your own section confidently and efficiently
- Maintain high levels of food quality, presentation and consistency
- Follow food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures at all times
- Support menu development and contribute ideas for improvement
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth service
- Assist with stock rotation, waste reduction and organisation
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef looking to progress
- Passionate about fresh food and great flavour
- Able to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Organised, reliable and eager to learn
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
