Key Responsibilities:

In this senior role, you’ll take ownership of the hotel’s financial performance, including:

• Managing financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting

• Overseeing payroll and ensuring compliance with financial regulations

• Maintaining strong controls across accounts payable and accounting processes

• Preparing detailed financial reports for senior management and stakeholders

• Ensuring accuracy, integrity and timely delivery of all financial data

What we’re looking for:

To succeed as a Financial Controller , you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in a senior finance role within the hotel industry

• Strong knowledge of financial management principles and compliance

• Proficiency in accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero or similar

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage complex financial data

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines

• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA or ACA (highly desirable)
