Au pair in Canary Wharf, Job ID J221D6
A lovely family based in Canary Wharf, London, is seeking a caring and reliable Au Pair to support their school-aged child.
The ideal candidate will speak fluent English and have at least 1 year of childcare experience. The family is looking for someone warm, responsible, and engaging who can provide attentive after-school care and support the child's daily routine. The role will include light housekeeping and occasional meal preparation for the child. A driver is not required.
The au pair will also be expected to travel with the family to Europe when required.
Working hours: 30 hours per week, including four weekdays from 3:15 pm to 8:00 pm, with the remaining hours arranged on another weekday.
Duties include:
- caring for a school-aged child
- providing attentive after-school care
- supporting the child's daily routines
- engaging the child in age-appropriate activities and play
- ensuring the child's safety and well-being
- providing light housekeeping related to the child
- occasionally preparing meals for the child
- keeping the child's areas clean, organised, and tidy
- accompanying the family during European travel when required
- creating a safe, positive, and nurturing environment
The family is looking for someone who can start on 17th August 2026.
