Why this job matters and what you’ll do:

We’re building the future of personalised customer experiences for over 30 million customers by investing in automation, data, and decisioning capabilities. At EE, data-driven automation is at the heart of how we optimise every customer interaction across digital, assisted, and outbound channels. This role sits within our Commercial & Marketing Data & Decisioning area and enables our commercial stakeholders to make key data-driven decisions every day.

You’ll deliver high-quality, actionable insights through self-serve dashboards and automated reporting, supporting key stakeholders with a holistic view of customer behaviour. You’ll play a key role in the Qlik Cloud migration, AI-powered integrations, and process improvements that enhance both customer experience and operational efficiency. As a trusted partner to the business, you’ll play a key part in understanding the problem and playing a central role in defining the solution.

Skills you’ll need:

• Ability to write complex SQL queries, especially in cloud environments like GCP and Big Query
• Skilled in automation and reporting, with experience building automated Qlik apps with deep-dive functionality
• Strong analytical and insight skills, using data to uncover insights and drive decisions
• Technically proficient and detail-oriented, with advanced Excel skills and a commitment to quality, accuracy, and consistency
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement to present data clearly and influence outcomes
• Commercially aware with a growth mindset, taking ownership, prioritising effectively, and identifying opportunities for improvement
