This October, we're opening EDMONDO, right in the heart of Bank – our seventh, restaurant in London, and our very first in the City. Inspired by 1930s Milanese glamour,

Edmondo will seat 200 guests across a series of jaw-dropping rooms, a huge central bar and three private dining spaces, with a menu built around towering XL focaccia, fresh pasta,langoustine risotto and the biggest steak selection the group has ever done.

We’re now looking for a passionate Bartender to join our team!

Your Mission

As part of the Big Mamma Bar team, your mission will be to:

• Delivering an unforgettable experience to our guests

• Prepare drinks and mix cocktails during service

• Open and close the bar, including all necessary prep

• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and follow health & safety standards

• Spread magic and make every guest’s visit the best moment of their day

• Embody Big Mamma values: professional, warm, smiling, helpful, and solution-focused

About You

The ideal candidate can demonstrate:

• To be energetic, proactive, and a team player

• Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene and bar organisation

• Previous experience in a cocktail bar or high volume restaurant bar

• Good knowledge of classic cocktails and bar service standards

• Comfortable working in a fast paced, high energy environment

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
