Role Description:

We’re looking for a proactive, highly organized, TikTok-savvy Talent Coordinator to sign, and work closely with TikTok Shop creators.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for pitching and signing creators to Grail, as well as securing and managing flat-fee brand deals for creators on our roster. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for your talent, identifying monetization opportunities, pitching creators to brands, negotiating deal terms, and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns.

You’ll work closely with a Senior Talent Manager as well as creators to optimize their positioning, increase deal flow, and maximize earnings through consistent paid partnerships.

This is a high-impact, revenue-driving role with significant ownership and growth potential within the creator economy.

Responsibilities:

• Sign TikTok Shop creators to Grail and manage their brand deals

• Grow revenue for TikTok Shop flat-fee partnerships across a roster of signed creators

• Identify, pitch, and secure paid partnership opportunities for creators

• Negotiate deal terms, rates, and deliverables with brands

• Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for your creators

• Manage campaign execution from deal close through completion

• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communication between creators and brands

• Ensure creators deliver content on schedule and meet brand expectations

• Provide guidance to creators on content performance and positioning to increase deal flow

• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and TikTok Shop partners

• Track partnership performance and report on revenue and campaign outcomes across the entire TikTok Shop team

• Work cross functionally with the Social Commerce Team

What we’re looking for:

• No experience required

• Familiar with TikTok Shop

• Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple creators, deals, and timelines simultaneously

• Strong communication and relationship management skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

• Interest in influencer marketing, TikTok culture, and the creator economy

Requirements:

• Must be a fluent English speaker

• Highly organized and deadline-driven

• Self-starter mentality with the ability to move quickly and take initiative
