The role of Affiliate & Partnership Specialist is to work closely with the Affiliates & Partnerships Manager support the development, planning and execution of the Currys affiliate programmes to deliver high quality traffic and cost-effective sales growth.

Role overview:

As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Work closely with the Affiliates & Partnerships Manager to develop the strategy and management of the Currys, Carphone Warehouse, Currys Business, and Partmaster affiliate programmes.
  • Plan, organise, and execute promotional activity with affiliate partners, sharing campaign assets and weekly offers via our affiliate network.
  • Present affiliate proposals for key campaigns to internal stakeholders to secure funding.
  • Monitor and report on performance, sharing relevant insight to the wider team and highlighting key
    successes, challenges, opportunities, and risks.
  • Review investment and CPAs on all publisher types and trading categories to ensure investment is
    returning at profitable level.
  • Expand the affiliate program by identifying and onboarding new affiliate partners in line with the affiliate strategy and budget.
  • Keep up to date with affiliate industry news, new publishers, and tech, using this insight to test new opportunities=

You will need:

  • Good level of stakeholder management and relationship building abilities – both internally and externally
  • 1+ years’ experience of affiliate marketing
  • Excellent team player – able to work with and support other team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; good negotiation skills
  • Commercial awareness to inform creation of tactical promotions and commission structures.
  • Numerate with good skills in Microsoft Office and Web Analytics
  • Articulate, with good communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent prioritization skills and able to consistently work to deadlines and under pressure without compromising on quality.
