Design & Technology Teacher
You would be joining a dynamic Design & Technology department where creativity, innovation and practical learning are at the heart of the curriculum. The department benefits from outstanding workshops, CAD/CAM technology, specialist machinery and well-equipped teaching spaces that allow students to develop a broad range of design and manufacturing skills.
Students are encouraged to become confident designers and creative thinkers by working on projects that develop technical knowledge alongside practical ability. Lessons promote independent learning, problem-solving and innovation while preparing students thoroughly for GCSE and A-Level examinations.
The department regularly collaborates with local businesses and engineering organisations, providing students with exciting opportunities to participate in STEM projects, design competitions and industry workshops.
