  • Present technical concepts to clients and provide support on complex monitoring challenges
  • Assist with quotations, programming, and business development initiatives for the monitoring sector
  • Play an active role in expanding the Smart Monitoring division and strengthening its market position
What You Bring To The Table
  • 5 years or more post-graduation experience in surveying or engineering
  • Strong understanding of monitoring or surveying systems and construction environments
  • Confident in reviewing technical specifications and explaining them clearly to clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage client expectations and navigate challenges calmly
  • Capable of leading project teams, coordinating resources and managing budgets
  • Highly organised and proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to work flexibly, including occasional weekend work if required
  • CSCS card
What Do You Get?
  • A vibrant, passionate and collaborative working culture
  • Strong learning and development pathways including management training
  • Competitive salary with performance-related bonus
  • Generous annual leave allowance
  • Company laptop and mobile phone
  • Wellbeing and social events programme
