Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant: Your Role
As a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons
- Work 1-1 or in small groups to help children build confidence in reading, writing and maths
- Assist with lesson preparation, classroom organisations, and creative resources
- Help children develop social skills, independence and a love for learning
- Monitor and record pupil progress, supporting every child to reach their full potential
Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant: Candidate Specification
KPi Education are seeking a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant who:
- Holds a 2:1 or 1 st degree in Education, Psychology, English or related field
- Passionate about working with children and making learning fun and engaging
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience working with pupils during summer camp, tutoring or peer support (Desir bale)
- Wants to progress into a career in teaching or educational development
