What skills and experience we're looking for
Key Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet individual learning needs • Foster an inclusive and engaging classroom environment • Work collaboratively with therapists, support staff, and families • Use appropriate communication methods to support learning • Monitor and report on pupil progress • Ensure the well-being and safety of all pupils Key Requirements • Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent • Has experience teaching children with SEND • Is creative, adaptable, and passionate about education. • Has strong communication and teamwork skills.
