Role Overview AURA is seeking a Supply Account Executive to drive the growth and performance of our security supplier network across the UK. This role is pivotal in managing existing supplier relationships, onboarding new security service providers, and ensuring operational excellence within the AURA network. This role requires a highly motivated, strategic, and hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at relationship management, business development, and operational execution. You will be responsible for ensuring that all security suppliers meet AURA’s service standards while actively expanding the network by identifying and securing new partners. Although based in London, this role involves travelling across the UK to build and maintain strong supplier relationships. Key Responsibilities Supplier Acquisition & Onboarding Identify and engage new security service providers across the UK. Lead outreach efforts via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and in-person visits. Onboard new suppliers, ensuring seamless integration into the AURA network. Train and equip suppliers with AURA’s hardware, software, and operational processes. Supplier Relationship Management Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key supplier stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for all supplier-related issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and performance. Proactively resolve technical, operational, and service challenges. Operational Performance & Continuous Improvement Monitor, analyse, and report on supplier performance using data-driven insights. Identify inefficiencies and implement strategies to improve service quality and response times. Collaborate with internal teams to refine processes and enhance supplier engagement. Cross-functional Coordination Work closely with Operations, Product, and Technical teams to ensure suppliers meet AURA’s service requirements. Communicate system updates, new features, and best practices to suppliers. Ensure seamless coordination between suppliers and monitoring centres for optimal emergency response. Qualifications & Experience 1+ years of experience in account management, supplier relations, or business development, preferably within security, logistics, or technology-driven services. Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Data-driven approach to performance analysis and strategic decision-making. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple relationships and projects simultaneously. Proficiency in G-Suite and general computer literacy. Experience in the security industry is advantageous. A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle is beneficial, as travel across the UK is required. Why Join AURA?
