International Shipping Coordinator

Our client, a high-growth consumer brand, is seeking an International Shipping Coordinator to support their global expansion. Based in Central London, this permanent role offers the chance to take ownership of international logistics and ensure smooth market entry across Europe and beyond.

As an International Shipping Coordinator, you will manage export shipments, oversee compliance, and liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and distributors. The International Shipping Coordinator will be responsible for accurate documentation, timely deliveries, and proactive communication with partners and customers.

The ideal International Shipping Coordinator will bring 3-5 years' experience in international shipping or logistics operations, strong knowledge of Incoterms, and hands-on expertise with export documentation. FMCG or food and beverage experience is highly desirable.

This is a rare opportunity for an International Shipping Coordinator to join a dynamic, fast-paced organisation, working closely with senior stakeholders and playing a pivotal role in scaling a brand internationally.
