To mid £40’s+ IP Litigation Secretary (Trade Marks) - London
Dawn Ellmore Employment is seeking an experienced and organised Legal Secretary to join a busy Intellectual Property Trade Mark team. This role will see you working closely with Solicitors to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities within a fast-paced environment. Previous experience supporting Solicitors within IP (Trade Mark) litigation is essential.
Responsibilities include managing case files and maintaining accurate records, monitoring diaries and deadlines, preparing correspondence and formal documents, and handling a range of administrative tasks. You will also support billing and expense processing, as well as assist with arranging meetings and travel when required.
