Legal Billing Administrator (Contract) - London
Are you seeking a new role within billing ? We are working with a top-rate law firm who are seeking a Legal Billing Administrator to join their team initially on a 6-Month Contract basis.
For this role, you will need at least 6 months’ experience working within an accounts or billing role. If you have an accounts / legal billing qualification, then this may be looked upon favourably. However, this is not essential. Additionally, you will need a good educational background and excellent data entry skills, along with strong organisation and deadline management. Experience in using Aderant software would be a bonus.
Duties:
- Acting as first point of contact for all billing queries.
- Carrying out the correct processes for billing.
- Sending accurate invoices to clients.
- Entering the correct billing data within the firm’s system.
- Handling disbursements.
