As the Financial Services sector continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and ambitious Funds Tax Partner to join a respected firm. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape and lead the tax strategy for a growing portfolio of clients. While the position is primarily for a Funds Tax Partner, we will also consider highly experienced Directors with a strong track record in business development.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and executing the strategic vision for the growth of the Funds tax offering, enhancing the firm's market presence. Building and maintaining strong client relationships will be essential to providing exceptional tax advisory services. The role will also involve identifying new opportunities, securing clients and expanding the existing portfolio.

Autonomy and leadership in managing a team, alongside effective collaboration with other partners, will be crucial for success. You will work closely with senior team members to deliver integrated, high-quality tax advice across the business. Additionally, you will mentor and develop junior staff, driving their growth and contributing to the overall strength of the team.

The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in Funds tax, with experience advising clients in sectors such as funds, private equity, real estate and asset management. Strong business development skills are essential, with the ability to independently generate and secure new business.
