Building Surveyor
The successful building surveyor will be joining a growing team in the commercial sector, working on varied projects and gaining broad experience across building surveying tasks. You will work within a structured delivery team and have opportunities to develop client relationships and project management skills. The Role
As the building surveyor you will be involved in:
* Undertaking core building surveying work across commercial projects
* Managing client relationships and ensuring long-term partnerships
* Leading project instructions and supporting cross-functional teams
* Preparing project documentation, reports, and financial monitoring
* Representing the building surveying function at client meetings and external events The Building Surveyor?
You will be a motivated individual with a degree in Building Surveying or a related property discipline. Only candidates with relevant commercial building surveying experience will be considered. The building surveyor must have:
* Demonstrable experience in commercial building surveying projects in the UK
* Experience managing client interactions and project teams
* Ability to plan, organise, and deliver projects to deadlines
* Strong technical knowledge in building surveying
* Ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues In Return……?
* £58,000 - £68,000 pa (dependent on experience)
