Marketing Manager - Retail (Endura)

WHAT’S THE MISSION FOR THIS ROLE?
You will be the brand retail guardian to ensure the brand delivers the highest quality of support and marketing performance. Your primary focus will be to deliver the Marketing strategy from the brand into the UK market and translate business priorities into clear retail engagement plans which expand visibility of the brand across key retail partners.
As UK retail lead, you will work closely with the Senior Global Retail Marketing Manager to deliver our brand new elevated in-store activation. Key to this role will be ensuring the consistent delivery of our global retail visual merchandising standards & identity and driving emotional connections with our shoppers across our UK priority retailers.
WHAT DOES THIS ROLE DO?
As our Marketing Manager - Retail (Endura) , you will be responsible for:
Owning the Retail Marketing Plan and lead the deployment of all ‘go to market’ retail marketing projects. This will involve close alignment across function with commercial teams and the regions to support sell-ins with retail marketing initiatives.
You will build effective relationships with the marketing teams of key retail partners and external agencies to enable the brand to show up best-in-class across key retail touch points. This will involve driving creative and commercial opportunities with those key retail account partners and creating specific ‘go-to-market’ plans with them, to grow brand visibility in retail and ultimately sell-through.
You will manage retail projects from brief through to execution. This will include project prioritisation and timeline development to ensure high quality, on-time delivery of retail marketing initiatives.
In addition, as the primary interface between retail partners, brand marketing and functional stakeholders, a core requirement of the role will be to deliver continuous improvement of retail marketing capabilities across the entire process.
A core component of the role is to always be championing the shopper and customer, in pursuit of delivering a best-in-class retail experience. You will develop a deep understanding of in-store needs and constantly be looking to better the retail consumer journey.
Finally, your responsibility will include the management of our UK based Showrooms to ensure that they are executed in line with our global retail standards.
WHAT DO I BRING TO THE ROLE?
To stand out in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Previous experience in the development and delivery marketing strategy, retail marketing activation and managing retailers.
Previous experience in both on and off-line retail marketing, ideally within the apparel or sports industry.
Visual merchandising and proven retail activation experience is key.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional internal teams and external agencies effectively.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, to liaise with diverse stakeholders
A strategy mindset, capable of translating brand vision into actionable retail strategies
A passion for driving brand growth and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
